Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used or damaged products caused by improper use.
• Products returned without original packaging.
• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method whenever applicable.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we'll gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
